In building an inclusive lacrosse community, we want to eliminate barriers to ensure that all who want to play the Creator’s Game have the opportunity to be a Bison. Our scholarship program is intended to ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate in our youth lacrosse programs. Full details of our scholarship program are available below as well as the scholarship application.

 

In addition to our scholarship program we also have limited amounts of loaner protective equipment for first time players. If you are interested in loaner protective equipment please e-mail us at info@bisonlaxclub.com

To be eligible for a scholarship, athletes must qualify for or be currently receiving assistance from one or more of the following programs (verification will be required):

• Free or Reduced School Lunch

• Temporary Assistance for Needy Families

• Aid for Dependent Children

• Foster Care

• Medicaid

 
Athletes must also meet each of the criteria listed below:

• Commit to attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled practices and games

• Not be currently served by any existing scholarship or fee waiver program

• Participants are still required to have an active USA Lacrosse Membership ($35/annual fee)

• Participants must provide all required protective equipment

 

Limitations:

• All scholarships are awarded only as a discount toward program registration

 

• Maximum scholarship amount per participant will not exceed the cost of a single program registration
