Bill Lewandowski, also known as Coach Bill, is a youth lacrosse coach in Commerce City, Colorado, with over 20 years of playing and coaching experience. He grew up in Georgia and played high school lacrosse at Milton High School. He then attended and played college lacrosse for Gettysburg College and was part of the team that made it to the National Championship game in 2009.
After his college playing career, he became the head coach of the University of Georgia lacrosse program and achieved a nearly 70% win record. He was named SEC Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2012 and also led the Bulldogs to an SELC Championship in 2013.
Coach Bill has always wanted to give back to the community and started his own youth organization in Georgia before ultimately relocating to Colorado. He continues to give back by coaching the Commerce City youth 12-14 lacrosse team in the CARA lacrosse league, camps through Commerce City youth sports, and is a founding member of Bison Lacrosse Club as well as our club director.
Justin Mobley (Coach Mob) played high school lacrosse at Western Guilford high school before playing college lacrosse and University of Georgia. He has been coaching alongside coach Bill for several years and endorses the methods that he saw first hand produce success. He has been coaching with the Commerce City recreation lacrosse 12-14 team and is a founding member of Bison Lacrosse Club. Coach Mob is the head coach of our U15 team.
Jason Willoughby (Coach Jason) played competitive club soccer in Southern California where he was born and raised. He and his family relocated to Denver in 2010 and found lacrosse in 2012 when they attended a Denver Outlaws game and immediate fell in love with the sport. They have become more and more involved in the sport, and took on a assistant coaching role alongside Bill and Justin, before taking on the role of head coach for 8-10 Commerce City youth lacrosse program. He does all of the IT support and is a founding member of Bison Lacrosse Club. He is the head coach of the U12 team as well as an assistant coach with our off season high school teams.
Kalani Willoughby is the Team Manager and organization coordinator for all things Bison Lacrosse Club. She helps with registration uniform orders all paperwork and really makes sure that the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed so that the rest of the coaches and the players can just focus on lacrosse and she is a founding member of Bison Lacrosse Club.
